GAME ENGINE INTERN
WHAT YOU'LL DO..
- Support the development of gameplay features using C# in Unity.
- Work with Unity UI elements such as Canvas, Buttons, Text, and Sliders.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to integrate assets and features.
- Apply object-oriented programming (OOP) principles in coding tasks.
- Follow SOLID design patterns to build scalable and maintainable systems.
- Debug, test, and refine gameplay systems for quality and performance.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to ongoing projects.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR..
- Basic knowledge of the Unity Editor and game object workflow.
- Familiarity with Unity’s UI system and its components.
- Understanding of OOP principles: Encapsulation, Inheritance, Polymorphism, and Abstraction.
- Awareness of SOLID design principles in C#.
- Problem-solving and debugging ability.
- Passion for games and game development.
- Knowledge of physics, animation, particle systems, or mobile optimization.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
3D ANIMATOR/RIGGER
WHAT YOU'LL DO..
- Rig characters, creatures, and weapons using Maya/Blender and Unity's Animation Rigging package
- Animate stylized combat actions — slashes, combos, dodges, cinematic moments
- Set up and test animation in Unity (Mecanim, blend trees, animation events)
- Work closely with design/dev to ensure smooth gameplay feel
- Optimize rigs and animation assets for mid-range mobile performance
- Build tools/scripts to speed up iteration for the art team
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR..
- 2+ years experience animating and rigging in Unity (mobile/stylized titles preferred)
- Strong skills in Maya or Blender, Unity Mecanim, and FBX pipelines
- Understanding of combat timing, anatomy, and game-feel principles
- Comfortable with basic scripting (Python/C#) for tools or automation
- Problem-solving and debugging ability.
- Great communicator who thrives in a collaborative remote team
UNITY TECHNICAL ARTIST
WHAT YOU'LL DO..
- Design and implement real-time VFX (e.g., dash trails, sword arcs, elemental spells, UI feedback)
- Author stylized, high-performance shaders in Shader Graph or HLSL
- Develop and maintain custom Unity editor tools, scripts, and pipeline extensions
- Profile, debug, and optimize rendering and VFX systems to ensure stable frame rates on mid-range mobile hardware (URP/HDRP).
- Document best practices and mentor teammates on Unity VFX/shader pipelines and optimization techniques.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR..
- 2+ years producing real-time VFX in Unity (mobile preferred)
- Proficiency with Unity VFX Graph, Particle System, Shader Graph, and C# scripting
- Deep knowledge of: URP/HDRP rendering pipelines, GPU/CPU profiling, and mobile optimization
- Experience in tool/pipeline development, with familiarity in Git and Unity version control workflows
- Proven ability to work closely with artists, designers, and engineers
VISUAL EFFECTS ARTIST
WHAT YOU'LL DO..
- Design and implement real-time VFX (magic spells, fire, environment FX, UI feedback)
- Create stylized, high-performance shaders (using Shader Graph or HLSL)
- Develop and maintain Unity tools/editor extensions that boost asset workflow efficiency
- Contribute to lighting, material systems, and rendering optimization using Unity (URP or HDRP).
- Profile and debug using Unity Profiler, and deliver targeted performance solutions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR..
- 2+ years in Unity game development (VFX + Technical Art)
- Mastery of Unity’s VFX Graph, Particle System, Shader Graph, and C# scripting.
- A deep understanding of game optimization, rendering pipelines, and performance profiling.
- Proficiency with 3D tools: Blender, Maya, or Houdini.
- Experience with mobile profiling and shader optimization.
- Knowledge of procedural workflows or external VFX tools (e.g., Substance, EmberGen).
